Suggestions for what glue to use to attach PVC plastic vinyl to acrylic plastic?

Please only comment from experience, won’t be taking guess advice! I’ve tried plasti-zap and regular gorilla glue epoxy and neither worked. Stores are closed today so I will buy any suggested glues tomorrow
