Ammo freebase vs crack soda freebase?

In potency? how much u Get from cooking? How easy it is?
I have only used ammo and done it a good while, but i haven’t really done crack like that, what do u think
And from what i know ammo is supposed to be more potent, more pure and much more easier to make Why tf is everybody on crack then?
