Help! How to dry week crack

So about 24 hours ago I picked up some stuff (my regular guy so I know it’s not quality) but he JUST cooked it before I bought it. Its wet and like I’m not getting any ringers :( I put some in a paper town and it’s been sitting out the whole time so it has got a LITTLE bit dryer but I want to smoke and get my ringer. My stems are also clogging left and right and tips?
