I used to be misogynistic

I (17m) used to be misogynistic( in a spitting game and cheating type way), now I'm more a radical feminist type I'd say(Silvia federici, Bell hooks) and idk I feel weird cause I upheld alot of harmful beliefs and did things that I wouldn't do now and I think are really weird(Rizz culture for example)
I'm just wondering if I would even be welcome to be a helping hand in a space like that or if It would be helpful for me to try to speak on this
