I was reading about some Windows development: https://www.microsoftpressstore.com/articles/article.aspx?p=2201301&seqNum=2

And some code I found some functions that I don't quite undertand nor find any info, like: ChkWin32 and ChkNoCleanUp, or ChkHr. While I found some other info about some other parts of the code like CHandler classe and Handler classes, the info about those functions is obscure

I am assuming it is from some Windows API, but if you could point me to the right source of information I would greatly appreciate it.
