Is Sams Teach Yourself C++ in One Hour a Day a good book for me?

Post Body

I started out with python wrote desktop apps with pyqt, web sites with flask, web scraping etc. Switched to java and published two android apps. I started out learning c with Programming Principles and Practice Using C It was alright but when I reached to the calculator part it felt like it is getting too hard for no reason I mean knowing a language and knowing how to write a parser are different things. Of course one needs exercise but that one is time consuming with little benefit I guess. So I am reading Sams Teach Yourself C in One Hour a Day 8th edition. What do you think about that book? Is it sufficient enough? For instance I did not like the part he is explaining differences between const and constexpr. What are your recommendations based on my skill level?
