How do I get ICC?

I've used multiple versions of gcc for my compiler, but now I need access to Intel's compiler and I have no clue where or how to get it. I have student versions of Intel System Studio and Intel's Parallel Studio, but neither have made icc an accessible command in powershell or bash for windows. Am I missing something really simple? Thanks for the help!
