So I'm trying to understand how the unreal engine 5 engine is programmed and I want to somehow reverse engineer it. Now I know it's very hard and I know I can't code something like that on my own but I want at least to understand some important parts of the code so if anyone has looked into the ue5 source code can that person tell me where to start? I mean in which folders to look because obviously a lot of them are for platform specific things and c# scripting. I just want to navigate around the folders that contain the code for the sharers, renderer, gui and maybe the mesh system. So again if anyone already knows where to look can you tell me please?
