1.10 Patrick Surtain CB Alabama

The way the board played out this was a easy pick. Surtain fills out the CB1 hole instantly and reunited with fan favorite Trevon Diggs

2.44 Richie Grant S UCF

The war room was split between Grant and Basham with this pick. But ultimately we decided with Grant as he fills the bigger hole and won the popular vote. Maybe not the most Jerry Pick but is to talented to pass up on.

2.63 Carlos Basham Edge/DT Wake Forest

Our arguments in the war room were settled with this pick. We decided to trade up to select him because he’s easily better then whatever round 3 D-lineman we end up with and we had a round 1/2 grade on him. Great player with versatility to play all around the d-line

3.99 Brady Christiansen OT/OG BYU

A PFF darling who had a great pro-day. He may not be an impact player now but provides much needed depth and versatility around the o-line. He has the athletic upside to eventually take over for Tyron but might translate better to guard due to T-rex arms

4.115 Robert Rochell CB Central Arkansas

After all our D-line and LB targets were missing we went with this small school CB with elite testing numbers. Rochell has the athletic upside to be a solid contributor to this defense for many years.
