I ordered a pair of Speerville Caimans from Hyer back in November and after taking a fair amount of time I finally received them. I liked the quality and fit so well we ordered an 8.5 C Ostrich for my wife. The boots again to about twice the time to get here. She found she needed an 8.5 B as they were to wide. We got a return authorization and sent to boots back to be exchanged. This has been nearly 45 days ago and no boots. We did see where the return boots were received but have yet to see the replacements. There is no customer service number and you must contact them via a generic customer support inbox. My question is has anyone had this experience and if so how did you resolve it?
