Just tested positive, what can I do?
Post Body

I started showing symptoms five days ago. Had a fever, slight pressure in chest, very clogged sinuses and a headache. Went to the doctor and got tested right away. Been "okay" for the last five days. Fevers been up and down, very slight shortness of breath from stairs, achy body, but I'm just SO tired. Very hard to stay awake even during the day after a full nights rest. Test results came back today positive, but I've been isolating since the start just in case. I'm 29 years old, FtM transmale, and I have Crohns and PCOS. I'm overweight, but have been steadily losing the last few months.

I guess my question is what can I do to help my recovery? I'm so scared of waking up tomorrow not being able to breath, or my fever spiking to where the medicine I take can't get it down. I'm doing my best not to panic but, well, I'm panicking, and that certainly isn't helping my shortness of breath or the tight feeling in my chest.
