Joint pain after viral stomach bug?

So last night I had nausea and vomiting from a bug that I got from my sister who had the same thing several days ago. However, I also got joint pain in my wrists, fingers, hips, and pretty bad pain in my lower middle back. Has anyone had anything like this before? If no but you had joint pain, did it go away? Any suggestions on treating?
