So I’ve had asthma all my life and as I grew up it got better, but still very much there. The first time I had COVID back in 2021 I was working out a lot and it didn’t affect my asthma at all and I thought it was. But I’ve feel into a depression for 2 years after that and when I had Covid last October (haven’t exercised for 2 years, it fucked me up baddddddd, my asthma was messing up to the point my lungs felt so inflamed, short of breath and needed to use my resume inhaler like multiple times a day, it kinda got better as the months went by, then I had to get on steroids cus my chronic autoimmune condition started flaring up..( I’m started to think COVID caused that as well) but anyways I had to be on steroids for 5 months..and finally could get off.. a month and a half off the steroids, my breathing was pretty much fine but recently the last couple days I’m flaring up again.. now idk if it’s cause it’s getting cold and the weather change or what, I’m on a COPD inhaler but don’t have copd. I just took breathing test and they all were great. Idk I’m started to get scared. Has anyone asthma got worse? If so, how are u treating it now?
