So this says that anything over 0.8 means there is "protection" against COVID.....probably means I am highly poisoned in actuality but anyway......
SARS COV 2 AB, TOTAL SPIKE SEMI QN >2500.0 H <0.8 u/mL EZ
INDEX INTERPRETATION
----- --------------
<0.8 Negative
> or = 0.8 Positive
This test is intended to help identify individuals with antibodies to SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19). The results of this semi-quantitative test should not be
interpreted as an indication or degree of immunity or protection from reinfection.
A test result that is 0.8 or more (Positive) means antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 were detected in the blood sample by the test. This could mean that the individual may have an immune response to a recent or prior infection with SARS-CoV-2. Positive results may occur after COVID-19 vaccination, but the clinical significance of a positive antibody result for individuals that have received a COVID-19 vaccine is unknown, and the performance of the test has not been established in COVID-19 vaccinees. False positive results for the test may occur due to cross-reactivity from pre-existing antibodies or other possible causes.
A test result that is less than 0.8 (Negative) means that antibodies were not detected in the blood sample by the test. This could mean that the individual has not been previously infected with SARS-CoV-2. The clinical significance of a negative antibody result for individuals that have received a COVID-19 vaccine is unknown. The performance of the test has not been established in COVID-19 vaccinees. False negative results for the test may occur if the individual's antibodies have not reached a sufficient level for the test to be able to detect them. Antibodies can take up to two to three weeks (sometimes longer) to develop after someone is infected. How long antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 last after infection is not known. This test should not be used to diagnose an active SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Then I have this result (drawn at the same time)
SARS CoV 2 AB (IgG) NUCLEOCAPSID, QL EZ
SARS CoV 2 AB IGG NEGATIVE
REFERENCE RANGE: NEGATIVE
This test is intended for use as an aid in identifying individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS-CoV-2, indicating recent or prior infection. Results are for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies. IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 are generally detectable in blood several days after initial infection, although the duration of time antibodies are present post-infection is not well characterized. At this time, it is unknown for how long antibodies persist following infection and if the presence of antibodies confers protective immunity. Individuals may have detectable virus by molecular testing present for several weeks following seroconversion. Negative results do not preclude acute SARS-CoV-2 infection. This test should not be used to diagnose acute SARS-CoV-2 infection.
This just makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to me. Can someone help explain it? [And yes, I understand that we are not doctors and nothing can be construed as medical advice - blah blah blah]
