Tldr: Almost fully recovered and working a hybrid full time job with a big company
It’s has been a journey since getting sick all the way back in July 2020. I haven’t posted on here in over a year I think. I have dealt with so many symptoms during this journey and so many moments of self doubt and anger. I’m probably at my most happiest I have been in my life these last 3 years.
I have a supporting gf, a full time job, I eat whatever I want, I drink sometimes, exercise sometimes (probably should do more), walk a lot, drive freely, go to social events 2-3 times a week for my job etc, and have my own apartment with a roommate.
I only take a few vitamins here and there and LDN daily
My recommendation is patience and pacing.
Congrats! I wish we had more recovery stories in here.
