Just booked for 9 days, not a huge price diff for the dates we picked, looks spacious which is important, but did we doom ourselves to too much sun/heat and many more stairs? It was unclear from the photos how many floors are in each building, looked like 3. (I know the exterior stairs are the subject of much comment.)
