We have returned from CSS after our honeymoon. We had a very fun and relaxing trip. Here are some things I would highly suggest for first-timers:

1.  Take the 10 am tour. I know it sounds basic, but it really helped us get a sense of direction around the resort.
2.  Go to Sunset Beach! We spent most of our first day at the textile beach relaxing and drinking rum. After making friends with a few couples a little older than us, they kind of convinced us to go over and try it. Once we went over, it took us a full day to actually go talk and mingle with everyone. I’m sure it’s different for everyone, but it was just something we had to get used to.
3.  Be prepared to walk. My wife and I are both in good shape, so the stairs didn’t bother us, but I could see them causing issues for others.
4.  Enjoy “Jamaica time.” Things don’t really seem to go by a set schedule at the resort. Just embrace that and enjoy the fact that you have nowhere to be.
5.  Excursions. While in Jamaica, we only did one excursion (Dunn’s River), and it was a blast.

All in all, we had an amazing time. We’ve both said we would go back or try another resort that offers nude beaches.
