Office and Italian maps - All Players Stand -Kicked When Playing

Hey, tonight there have been a few times I loaded in to the Office, and Italian maps where there are 8 to 10 players per side. All of them are just standing around, but when I tried to engage and kill the opertition players. I get voted off after a round or two. This has had happen something like 3 or 4 times now.
Am I the only one that this has been happening too?
