Hello my fellow sufferers, My doctor confirmed recently that costochondritis is what has been bothering my rib(s). I was very happy that he listened and heard me out without judgement.
However, he then told me this is caused by weak pectoral muscles and that I need PT to get stronger.
Of course Iām willing to try things to fix it, but I had never heard this before.
What did your doctor say, if they believed you, or if you were diagnosed?
