Pain below breast next to arm pit

I have a burning dull pain that felt like it started in my arm pit and I thought maybe it was a lymph node but I couldn’t feel any lumps. It now feels like it’s in the area next to my arm pit where the breast starts and sometimes it feels like it radiates into my breast tissue.

It’s really freaking me out but I can’t feel any lumps and I’m afraid all of the checking and pressing is making it more sore. My usual Costo pain is in my sternum or on my back. Is this area a common pain for others?
