anyone also been diagnosed with MGUS?

I started having chest pain in 2019 and in the medical investigations since they found I have MGUS which is a pre- cancer to myeloma. Obviously since myeloma affects the bones I'm wondering if this bone pain which they said is costochondritis is part of the MGUS? I'd like yo what other people's experiences in they've also been diagnosed with both MGUS and costochondritis.
