Has anyone discovered that their headaches from Costo are occipital neuralgia headaches.

The more research I do into my symptoms, the more I feel like I am pinpointing things.

I believe because my posture was so bad during the Costo (I curve my shoulders in), I clinch my neck terribly. I mean I could feel myself hold my neck wrong … But that likely causes nerve block due to stiff neck/spasms and I believe it has now it has aggravated the occipital nerve.

Possible Treatment: I started gabapentin (neuralgia damage) and robaxin (muscle relaxer) yesterday afternoon.

No significant changes - slight relief - as of yet but will update. Doc said it will likely take til Monday to see a change…
