Was wondering for the longest time how long the back pod was going to take to fully release the pain in my chest. Once I experimented the back pod on my lower back and tailbone I started to feel major relief and even popping that went from my tailbone and popped all the way up my sternum. I started to connect the feeling and realized the same way my rib tendons were frozen to my spine, the tendons in my lower back, groin, and legs were also just as frozen which prevented a full stretch to release the last 20% of pain from costo. I'd like some input maybe from Steve as well, but I think if you are really sedentary like I was at a desk all day, I think you'd hip and leg tendons become just as frozen and cause pain that radiates to the back replicating costo symptoms. I've been popping and releasing these tendons by twisting my upper body away from my lower body while the back pod is on my tail bone and the popping in my inner and outer hips as well as in my hamstrings has been giving me great relief and has opened up my back and chest so much. If you can't get rid of the last little bit of the costo pain, I'd recommend trying to stretch and release some tightness in your lower back, pelvis, and hamstring area. It took me over 6 months to realize some of the pain in my chest and back could be relived by addressing below the rib cage as well and thought I should give a share. I don't think the lingering pain from costo would have felt any better if I did not do the same thing to the tendons in the areas below the rib cage as well.
