Howdy. Besides stretches, has anyone had any luck getting back into working out? While I can feel slight discomfort while driving/sitting for a while, I’m generally pain free after doing various stretches and using the backpod for 2 months since my initial (awful) flare up.

I’d like to get back into a workout routine involving my upper body but the last thing I want to do is reverse my progress. I’ve had good luck mountain biking, however, the impact from a short jog was enough to make it act up. Has anyone been able to start lifting again without any issues?
