Voltage drop

Post Body

So I did a thing for the kiddo. Lots of leds, a couple fans and a water circulation system for cooling- it’s in the low 40’s so I’m not running the pump or fans. I’m using a m12 Lithium battery in 12v and dropping it down to 5v and 9v respectively for lower voltage draws. Anyway- does anyone have electronics experience to have a chat? I’m having problems with voltage drop that I can’t decide is a parasitic drain or just low amperage- various bits and bobs stop working as the 12v draws down- measuring the voltage it is still with in tolerance / range of all the regulators used. Just curious what’s going on.
