Hello! I've been trying to put together the Arkham Asylum Joker outfit for Halloween and I'm a bit stumped on the suit/shirt combination. I can DIY most of the other effects but I'm at a loss for how to pull off the jacket/shirt combo. I can manage with all the other details. I'd love any advice on how to DIY the stuff or just buy what I need outright. If this isn't the right place, or if there's a better place to ask, please let me know.
