Hello, I want to cosplay Nico from Love Live! ( pic: http://decaf.kouhi.me/lovelive/images/a/a1/Nico_smile_r987_t.jpg) But as a someone new to cosplay, I have to buy everything, including the wig and all the pieces of the costumes and it adds up to over $100. I'm just wondering is this a normal budget for a cosplay? ( I mean this cosplay looks simple enough so I'm surprised it costs that much just to assemble it). And also, is there any advises to make the budget a little bit lower?
