Folks who've had forehead reduction, how long did it take for the scar to look good enough you didn't need to hide it (with a headband, bangs, a hat, etc.)?

My forehead reduction is scheduled for mid-July. I'm wondering when the incision will look normal and healed enough that I can trim my bangs and let people see my new forehead. Thanks for any insights.
