I played baseball as a kid, and haven't had much chance to get outside over the last six years. I'm weak batting, fielding, and baserunning, but God I love playing softball here. Every week, the diamond is ready to play, and every week is another joyful game. We just lost today's game (13-11) and I can't stop thinking about how much fun I've had.

Thank you, City of Corvallis and particularly the Parks and Recreation folks, for making such a great league. Thank you to our friends and neighbors for being such good sports!
