Post Body

I fell in love with McCarthy’s writing a few months ago. I jumped into the deep end and read Blood Meridian. Probably my favorite novel now. (Wished I saved it for last though). Then I read the Border Trilogy and now just finished No Country.

(Side note: I am saving The Passenger/SM) for last)

I was initially going to hop to The Road after No Country but a part of me wants to jump to his pre-BM works. I already purchased Outer Dark, Child of God, and The Road and they’re eagerly waiting on my shelf.

Here are a few of my possible reading orders:

1) The Road, then Outer Dark, Child of God, Orchard, then Suttree

2) The Road, Orchard, Outer Dark, Child of God, Suttree

3) Outer Dark or Child of God with The Road in between?

I am probably overthinking this
