Hey guys,
I had some good help from here in finding a room in Cork recently when I needed it. So I've decided to let ye have the first say in the room I'm now leaving. I'm moving in with friends soon so I'll be vacating it and one of yous can have it.
Anyway, the details. Double bedroom in a house in Turners cross sharing with 2 male students (students or younger person preferred by the owner). The house is grand, bit old but had plenty of work done to it recently. The room is available until summer, as the owners want to renovate it more then, but I reckon you could negotiate to stay if you really needed. It's 550 euro a month plus bills (works out around 50 a month) and is literally a 15 minute walk from city centre. Aldi, Mcdonalds and a few takeaways and pubs close by. Available from March 1st, with a 200 euro deposit and first month's rent up front.
Any more questions, feel free to ask. As I said, it's a lovely place and I'm only moving out because I found a place with friends that I'm moving in to.
Thanks!
