Recommended developer boards for Coreboot x86

Hello,

I am mostly a hobbyst, I am trying to learn about Coreboot, but I would like to have a devel board to test.

I am looking for Intel x86 or 64 architecture

I remember hearing about Minnowboard but it seems is not on the market.

Ideally I am looking for a board that would let me try and customize with firmware such as Slimbootloader, Coreboot or EDKII.

If possible on the cheap site.

I have also checked the Rock Pi board, but cannot find much info, and don't know how much customizable it would be.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
