I applied to a BA Creative Advertising program that includes an internship, with the program's main focus being copywriting and art direction. I haven't pursued a post-secondary education before. (I'm 26yrs old).
Copywriting is honestly something that's been on my mind for a long time, and I'm now taking the jump. I just want input and feedback from others in this community. What do you think I can do to set myself up for success? Will formal education be an asset? I know that post-secondary itself will be a beneficial experience for me, but I'd still like to hear from you.
