Someone is trying to socially engineer American society using this site, as well as social media sites. Misinformation and false outrage campaigns are influencing the younger generations into developing certain political beliefs. DARPA and the NSA are working in tandem in the research and data collection angle, but I don't know why or to what end.

I assume its a means of pushing its people to vote a certain way or to over/under react to certain news or laws being put forward.

The people behind this have no idea just how damaging or debilitating their influence truly is.

My guess is that extreme religious views at the top of the chain is what's driving this. Jews or Christians, maybe both. Someone wants to being about the Judeo-Christian end of the world, or at least fulfill their own interpretation of said prophecies. Not that it's gonna happen.
