We should provide rehab to addicts and get dealers on a more legitimate path. Decriminalization of drugs is a good start. We can work out each drug on an individual level later. Okay, so mandatory gun buyback program. Yep, we’re taking all the guns but they’re getting their money back. Civilians and police can no longer have firearms. Only military personnel can have guns but even then they don’t own the guns. They’re restricted for use in deployment and on base. (This also helps prevent us from getting usurped while we’re still getting our footing) No more gypsy cops. If a cop gets fired they can’t be a cop again. Anywhere, Also any sitting republicans or anyone currently running on a republican ticket is banned from any elected office for life. Bunch of crooks, racists, and rapists, the lot of them. We’ll take a look at the dems on a case by case. Also we’re cutting the military budget. People are still employed, we’re just not spending so much on weapons we use to kill innocent brown people across an entire ocean. We’re gonna be deploying more ambassadors to embassies. Any issue we can solve through diplomacy should be resolved through diplomacy. No more lifetime positions (looking at you Supreme Court). We’ll work out how long later. Politicians can no longer take money from special interest groups/lobbyists that act of behalf of large corporations. (I also recommend rounding up any politicians who have taken this kind of money and charging them with treason for acting against the good of the people. Especially ones who took money from oil, plastics, vitamins, and opioids). Oh! Speaking of vitamins. FDA should get more power and funding right? While we’re at it the IRS could probably use a buff. We should also fix the tax brackets. We can work out exact numbers later but for now we can get estimates on each end of the spectrum. 15k or less is no taxes (based on current situation, obviously subject to change), 250k or more about 60%? Hot take: net income can never exceed 400k/year. Anything past that line is forfeit to tax. This prevents an absurd wealth gap the level we see now from happening again and gives us more funding.
