I’m leaving for Copenhagen tomorrow on the early morning flight and have with me 1,750 danish krone. I’m in the city till Friday late afternoon and then I’m flying home.
My Airbnb is all paid for and includes breakfast (I’m staying in the cutest Japanese boutiques style hostel/hotel) , but now I’m really worried I don’t have enough cash to cover my daily expenses. I’m a first time tourist in the city and will be trying to do it ‘on the cheap’ if that’s even possible in Copenhagen.
Two things I def want to do are visit the forest tower (was going to get train/bus there) and I’m also going on a day trip to Lund on the train (I have 480 Swedish currency)
I was going to walk around the city and use the public transport where possible. I’m also a sucker for a great view so hoping to climb some towers as well.
I’m meeting a friend who’s already in the city (he arrived Saturday) but he has expensive taste and suspect he will want a fancy meal to celebrate his birthday (also visiting from the UK). He says there’s lots of wasps in the city?
Any advice on my lack of financial planning or city tips greatly welcomed. Thank you. X
