What hound is he?

We adopted this boy as a puppy from a beagle rescue and realized very quickly…not a beagle! There are two fathers in his litter. Half his litter is tri colored and have treeing walker in them and average 40 pounds, the other half looks like my boy and averages about 60 pounds (lucky us Titan is the largest of the pack at 70!). I am thinking he is treeing walker with maybe American English?
