Post Body
So I used my new pan this morning for the first time and cooked some potatoes and eggs and things in olive oil, like Iād always done in my non-stick pans. This was evidently a mistake because I just spent the last 30-45 min cleaning the burned oil off the edges of the pan. Do I just need to use an oil with a higher temperature tolerance or did I do something completely wrong and I need to learn a new way to cook in stainless steel?
