No, barkeeper's friend isn't getting it done. Boiling in vinegar isn't getting it done. I have 8 staub enameled cast irons that are brand new after a good high temp bake off. Got these new 7 years ago and haven't used them much. Feel like they are diamonds In the rough. Heavy as hell, like 7 ply.
