First thing I made was Spanish rice. It came out better than I expected given I had never cooked with it before. The enamel is nice and easy to clean, but still don’t use metal utensils on them. Also the lid from the dutch oven fits perfectly on the same red cast iron skillet from HEB as well. Not bad for $35, for the quality and quantity of volume. Good starter pot and cheaper than the Amazon one. I highly recommend, 10/10
