After years of putting it off - I’ve improved my diet, budget and wellbeing by buckling down and learning some basics of hot to cook myself a meal in my kitchen. I’m 34, it’s embarrassing enough it took this long (grew up with no mother) and do classes and work full time. But…
beans and lentils are my favorite.. white & wild rice are close 2nd… and they are the only things I still mess up on occasion.. any good water-ratio or timing or other hacks to cooking perfect:
Lentils Beans Rice
That y’all live by? Also accepting seasoning and cool food hacks with any of them too.
Bonus: do you soak your beans and lentils ever? I hear it’s much easier on the digestive system?
