So i work for a sporting event where we sell big soft pretzal made in the oven. The problem is, there is only one flavor. Salted.
I have been to other events where there are multiple flavors in addition to salt. We put the preztals on a pan, spray it with butter, and put salt on it before putting it in the oven. They are good, but after having it so much, its getting stale and bland. Sometime i dont even put salt on it when making it for myself.
When other places have different flavors, i dont know how its made. I assume the same way. So im wondering if anyone has experience with this and if they know a way to spice it up besides salt.
