My fiancé arrives at work at 5 pm and doesn’t eat lunch until sometimes midnight. Tonight I packed him shrimp pasta and garlic bread, the pasta is in a tupperware and I think I’m just going to wrap the garlic bread in a napkin and put it in a ziplock bag, but will that prevent it from getting soggy much? I only started packing him lunch a week ago and there are so many hacks I’m probably missing out on, don’t know if there’s one for this. And if there’s a more relevant sub for my question, please let me know. Thank you!
Wrap it tightly in foil after preparing the garlic bread before packing it for lunch. This will assist to preserve the crispiness and keep it from turning soggy.
