Easy weeknight dinners that are toddler friendly?

Iām gone about 12 hours a day each weekday. I have about 3 working brain cells left when I get home and Iām struggling so badly with dinners. I feel like Iām gone too long for crockpot meals so we end up doing chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, pizza, etc most nights and I am not happy with that, I want to give my daughter more substantial meals. Any advice is appreciated, Iām exhausted š
