Easy Asian recipes for a beginner?

Hi! I am very lucky to have a Pan-Asian super market close to my house which I discovered pretty recently. I would like to start buying less pre-made meals and try to make my own, but I have never really cooked anything before. I'm also fairly busy and don't have time to cook very often. Are there any super simple, larger portion meals that you would recommend to a beginner? Thanks!
