Is the upgrade to PS5 worth it?

Hey guys,
I have the ps4 copy from ps plus that I've been waiting to play, but I'm wondering if it's worth getting the ps5 upgrade? Haptic feedback isn't an issue as I play mostly on remote play via laptop nowadays, just wanted to check before playing it.
As a bonus question, I'm playing alan wake which reminded me I still wanted to play Control - I know there's the AWE dlc, is it worth it or more of an easter egg?
