How to Handle Soap-Contaminated Contact Lenses

I was at work putting in my contacts after washing my hands, but there must have been soap residue. When I touched them, they got soapy and bubbly. I tried rinsing with water, then soaking and shaking them in the solution, but the soap won’t come off. Any tips, or should I just toss them?
