Am I not cleaning them properly?

I wear monthly and they never last more than a few days before getting super blurry and unusable, I’ve tried multiple cleaning methods and none of them have worked, I will probably switch to daily once I run out in a few months but any idea on what I can do to solve this? I can’t find anyone else online who has had this issue
