I work at a boutique firm who recently adapted the role of Engagement Management. I have spent most of my career in Project and Program Management, but was recently move to a Senior EM role.
I have been wanting to move back to PM for months, but with all the positive feedback and praise I have received I am now embracing the idea of staying on this team long term.
So I'm wondering: what happens after this? What's the career path for an Engagement Manager? What are exit opportunities like?
I would also love to hear about your experience if you have moved from a Project/Program Management role to EM!
