Technology roles at consulting firms
Post Body

Technology background with a history with startups, and big tech (Few of MANGA) and exploring technology roles at big 3 (some conversations ongoing) but not sure if these would be the right places for me.

Tapped into some connects (from similar background who have moved to consulting) around these places and they mentioned that the understanding of tech at leadership level is minimal, solutions following best practices and industry experience are not entertained as much as research around "how other players do it" and it has left some of them frustrated.

Am I looking at it from a lens of the "few"? Some light on tech culture would help.
